Does anyone have a dummy module for Bitrix?

I wrote a small js script that loads before , set its visibility only for a specific user group and a specific section, I want to take the whole thing out of the template somewhere quickly. The idea came to mind to cut any module that outputs arbitrary js code to the basement, or can it be simpler? </body>
