Friends, such a question. Is there any standard woocomerce template on the bootstrap 4 grid, and not the standard one as it is now where everything is built on float and on ul li. Or just take and translate everything yourself?

Either on your own, or on a themelock, borrow one that is most similar to the one you need, but it also needs to be shamanized. Or one of the simple free themes like envo, it's bootstrap and very standard. There, the code is not such that the devil will break his leg, as in premium themes. But it saves the “premiums” from newbie crackers.
