Does Animate.css work in bootstrap modal?

It is necessary that when opening a modal window, its contents appear smoothly using the Animate.css library. The modal window is used from bootstrap.
I do everything according to the lesson: mynameismatthieu.com/WOW/docs.html
In normal mode (that is, blocks not in a modal window) they work correctly, the animation plays as it should. There is no animation in the modal window.
Is it some sort of library conflict or something?
