Does the guest of habrahabr have access to all the same articles on © TM resources that are available to registered users of habrahabr?
For example, is the list of publications for a guest who views "Everything in a row" on Habré the same as the list of publications for a registered user who also views "Everything in a row" or are some articles available only to habrausers and not visible to unregistered users?

There is no difference in the visibility of hubs and posts between read-only and full (activated) accounts.
Setting visibility on all resources (Habr / GT / Megamind) is done using tabs, the content of which is not affected by the type of account.
