Docker won't start in wsl2 ubuntu 18.04, how to start?

Can't run docker, says "Docker is not running".
Installed windows 2004 (home), docker for desktop works fine.
But it doesn't want to work in ubuntu, tried to set "export DOCKER_HOST=tcp://localhost:2375" didn't help.
