Docker not seeing repository?

I created a repository on the docker hub, but I can't pull or push, it says "Repository does not exist".
Has anyone experienced something similar?

Are you using the fully qualified image name? like rep_name/image_name:latest

Perhaps you are not authorized, try docker login, it helped me personally.
