Docker as an alternative to Qubes OS?

Hey!
There is QubesOS designed to secure work with software by isolating processes from each other. May I prefer to use Docker instead of the whole OS? Naturally, we are talking about software without a GUI, because the graphical shell should also be isolated . The
question concerns the security of this preference. The cubes itself, as far as I know, is very unstable, and, in my opinion, is quite redundant in some moments.

Nothing is isolated there. This is conditional isolation and overhead. All this is in the Linux kernel. Docker is just an add-on, just like LXD.
