Do you turn off Skype/Telegram/notifications/etc. on your computer/phone/tablet while you work? (to. for example, enter the flow state)?

No, messengers are part of the development process. In my case at least.

I turn it off if the customer is distracting me with empty talk, or if I am hiding from another.
