There was a need for a task management system for volunteers, for sure the task is not unique, so perhaps someone can suggest a ready-made service or software that would meet the following characteristics:

1. Users with appropriate rights should be able to create tasks
   
2. The ability to create custom fields for tasks with different types of information (for example, place of work, due date, budget, etc.) is highly desirable.
   
3. It is necessary to be able to group tasks by categories and / or tags, the ability to filter and / or search is highly desirable
   
4. Users should be able to either submit a request to complete a task or otherwise communicate their interest in completing a task. This is one of the important differences from the usual task tracker. Another important difference is that there can be several performers
   
5. It is necessary to be able to add comments to the task, as well as attach files and publish images both in the task and in the comments. Email notifications (ideally also sms notifications) about updates in tasks for users who subscribe to them
   
6. The ability for users to subscribe to the appearance of new tasks in certain categories or having certain tags is highly desirable.
