Do you need a script that allows you to conveniently edit the text on the site?

Hello! The site has a text input form (normal textarea). To enter links or set a color, you must enter tags. On various sites I saw a text field that allows you to set a color and see the result immediately.
Does anyone know where I can get such a script?
I'm just not sure what language it was created in, so I chose 2 (JS and PHP)

TinyMCE , CKEditor are the 2 most popular, there are a lot of plugins and manuals, there are a bunch more, but they are not so common.

Such editors are written in JS and are called WYSIWYG editors.
