Do you need a remote desktop gateway if you just need to organize an RDP connection within the company?

When setting up a terminal server based on Windows Server 2019, I ran into a moment when "Server Manager" offered to install "Remote Desktop Gateway".
Do I need it if I just need to organize normal RDP access for users? User licenses purchased, everything is in order, everything is licensed.

Not needed. A session host and a license server are sufficient.
