"If you want to do it right - do it yourself" (c)
And if specifically - for service stations our company uses Alfa-Auto (you can easily find the manufacturer and the platform in any search engine) - it doesn’t feel perfect, it’s VERY not optimized for the use of resources contraption, but nevertheless, after "file processing" it is good for business. The best option "as is" was not found.
For the car dealership itself, our programmers directly wrote their own version of the software under the working title "CRM", which includes a bunch of all sorts of modules for organizing the work of managers, for exchanging information with the manufacturing plant, for connecting with our Asterisk server, recording and listening to calls , organization of work on the transaction, interaction with loan officers, etc. and so on ... The thing, of course, turned out to be imprisoned for existence in strictly defined conditions, but on the other hand, it consumes resources very adequately and includes only what we need.
