They have one minus - that they have a limited limit and cannot be replenished. Therefore, I prefer debit cards credit-card.ru/cards/debet.php they can be replenished, withdrawn

I know I don't see any benefit for myself.
It is much more convenient and more profitable to use credit cards with a grace period and cashback.
I used virtual prepaid cards for a very, very long time, when Russian banks were just starting to issue cards, and it was more convenient to buy a foreign virtual card for webmoney in order to pay for something on foreign sites.
