Do you know a free employee time tracking software?

Hello.
Actually, the question was raised above, and its difference from other similar ones is that I don’t need to know who is working and who is messing around, since not all work is done at the computer. I need to understand how much employees spend daily at the computer. That is, statistics on users should be displayed and that's it. Those options that I saw - have a bunch of unnecessary features for me and cost money, but I would like to get a free option. The organization is large, so I would like some option with centralized management and statistics.

1. Why do such nonsense and count the time at the computer?
2. Time at the computer is a relative concept - you can work - or you can sit on an entertainment site.
The best way to evaluate this is by completed tasks - there is a Task system like Redmine, etc. The employee does the task - unsubscribes, closes the task.
For programmers, you can additionally look through the Version Control System - how much code a person writes, what tasks he solves.
In Redmine, by the way, you can see the statistics of open-closed tasks, how long it took, etc.
