Do you keep an electronic record of your illnesses?

Hi everyone!
The question is simple. Suppose you went to the doctor, he wrote you a prescription. Will you scan/photograph this recipe? If so, what do you do next with this data? How do you store?

If we are to write down history - write down the disease itself in any convenient form and date.
Is there a recipe here? This is not a check for a purchase, which can be returned under warranty, it will not help you later. validity period is limited. And for "simple" drugs, prescriptions are not written out, at most they give a leaflet with a list that is not a prescription in fact.
Well, why keep a history when you have a card called a medical history and is in the clinic?
Private clinics also have your complete history.
If you wish, you can get all this and read.

No, I do not keep a history of diseases at all. Unless doctors lead. On the medical record. Sometimes it's interesting to read. And it seems like now they are conducting history in electronic form.

I keep a record of migraine attacks. In a text file and so far I have not done anything with it - there is not enough data.
