Do you have enough knowledge to make a 3D model of a person from a photo in ZBrush?

I promised my friend to make her a 3D model. Decided to do it in ZBrush. I am new to this program. I really want to do it faster, but the knowledge is not enough. Please advise a couple of video tutorials on creating 3D models of women in ZBrush and a couple of tutorials on creating a man in this program. I would be very grateful.

To begin with, you will need to study anatomy before you can dazzle a person's face at a more or less acceptable level. Then, a couple of tutorials will not do here. You need at least a couple of months of modeling practice to fill your hand. So if you haven't sculpted before (in real life or in ZBrush), then this is a bad idea. In a quick way, you will get only a creature that vaguely resembles a person.
And you can start with lessons on Digital-Tutors . Then you can try the lessons from The Gnomon Workshop or Uartsy (ZbrushWorkshops) .
