For about a week now, uploading video files in multipart / form-data format via the Vkontakte API has not worked for me. It's just that suddenly their servers started sending "nothing" when you send a POST request to their upload_url with a video_file field containing an mp4 file, but they should have sent an error message or "video_id".
While technical support has been feeding breakfast for a week, I want to know if anyone else has this problem?
The upload_url format is suggested as https://cs838114.userapi.com/upload.exe2?act=add_v... , although upload.php used to be

Technical support replied that they got acquainted with the problem, confirmed it and would fix it in the coming days.

issue resolved? I just try and get 405 Method not allowed :(
the scope=video token has... photos-audio are loaded ok. videos from video hostings (via the link parameter) - also ok...
