Do you do something if an application without any comments gets 1.2 points?

All reviews are 4-5, then someone came in and scored 2 points without even writing anything about the reasons ... is this normal or can I write to the support and remove it?

Pay no attention...
Much more important: that the overall average score of an audience with a share of 76% (or more) is exactly what you need! :)
If you want to be ranked even higher - make the application as convenient and understandable as possible, don't ask for a lot of money and don't torment with ads, constantly communicate with the audience and implement the most requested functionality requests.
Here is the only tool .

Alexander Sinitsyn ,
For anything that is not related to the application, as you have already been written. Over time, disappointment in people and their intellect will only intensify).
When the statistics for the models are collected, you can see the correlation with the estimate. On crooked devices, the application may crash, and for this you will silently get one.
And you can only remove a review with a frank obscenity, and then in English, apparently, Google bots do not understand Russian. Google does not see rudeness and insults without swearing at all and does not respond to the report, since it is not people who look through the complaints.
The average score is not very important. It affects the conversion to installs from views, but in the Play they are featured and come out on top in the app search and with a score below 3.5. I noticed that Google threw up new users when payments were made in the application with a low average rating.

And there is also a review with one star and a comment in the style of "Great app! Thank you!"
Kill it in general.
