Do they use a structure of several html pages when working with Angular, Backbone, VUE and others?
Hey! Is such a structure practiced?
There is an application and several dozen static html pages, and each uses js-framework. Type that transitions were as though physical between pages.

Realistically, making physical transitions between pages is inconvenient, because you lose the state of your js application during a physical transition. Single in Single Page Applications - just for this reason.
For "kind of physical transitions" the frameworks you describe have routing that makes you virtual transitions with a working "back" button and other browser navigation.
