Do the vast majority of computers have their system time exactly the same as the time zone, or are they slightly different?

I would like to know the system time of the vast majority of computers differs from the system time of the vast majority of other computers located in the same time zone or not?
I mean an error of more than one second

No, it doesn't. Synchronization is synchronization. What is here, what is 120 km away, one time zone - one time.

with synchronization enabled via the Internet it does not differ, without synchronization it differs, since you set the time to the nearest second, and some even to the minute, plus electronic watches have their own inaccuracies, some have more, some have less.
