Do text and layout elements change sizes for different resolutions in Figma?

I developed a website layout for 1440 px, now the task is to make a tablet and mobile version. Should all content (headings, icons, text) resize based on grid sizes? Or is it just the margins that change? but then everything will run into each other. In the desktop version, almost everything is on the components. If we take this layout as a basis, then it turns out that we need to make other versions almost from scratch. The approach is not entirely clear. Please explain how to cope with this task without a lot of time.

This is just an opinion, but yes, in fact, you need to redo all the components for the new permissions. This, in general, is not so scary, since you can create components that inherit everything from existing ones, and change only what is necessary in them.
