Do search engines index links from Yandex maps?

We are creating a service, there are questions about indexing.
The logic of work:
1. We get to the main one - click on the link or filter ( https://yadi.sk/i/SbsWWs4rnEs2V )
2. We get on the city map and click on the mark on the map.
3. A callout appears with a link to the company ( https://yadi.sk/i/dCN5-7hKnEsdM )
Questions:
1. Does Yandex and Google probe links from Yandex maps?
2. Does Google/Yandex use cookies?
3. Will Google / Yandex be able to select a city from the drop-down list?
4. If it does not probe links from the map, will the sitemap help to overcome the problem?
