Do quotes in keywords affect SEO promotion?

Good afternoon. Question for SEOs. To promote the page, the keyword Buy 1C: Accounting was chosen . If in the text on the page this key is referred to as Buy "1C: Accounting" (the name of the program in quotation marks), will this affect the promotion?

I recommend to look at the TOP first, and then remove the quotes. I don’t remember research on quotes, but quotes can be perceived by PS as a punctuation mark and separate a passage, I can’t say this with certainty, but it’s better to remove it if you’re not sure, because traffic is more important, right?))
