Do public procurement platforms (Sberbank-AST, RTS-tender, ZakazRF, RosElTorg, MICEX) have an API?

At the moment, there are 5 public tender sites:
1. Sberbank-AST - www.sberbank-ast.ru (Sberbank-AST CJSC)
2. RTS-tender - www.rts-tender.ru (RTS-tender LLC )
3. ZakazRF - www.zakazrf.ru (State Unitary Enterprise "Agency for the State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan")
4. RosElTorg - www.roseltorg.ru (JSC "Unified Electronic Trading Platform")
5. MICEX - www.etp-micex.ru (CJSC "Electronic Trading Systems")
An interesting question is whether these sites have an API or any downloads, xml for example, in fact, they are interested in obtaining information about current purchases for aggregating all in one place.

They don't have an API as far as I know. Information is uploaded through the official FTP server ftp.zakupki.gov.ru in xml format for all purchases daily. Also, there are aggregators that upload information on all sites to RSS feeds for free. For example, it can FindTenders.ru
