Do mobile operators already have SMS gateways?

It wasn’t there before, now one of the operators is big, even I don’t know 6, probably provides an API for SMS gateways, and possibly unlimited tariffs?

I think it’s easier for them to work with large aggregators like an SMS center , so it’s unlikely, but still it’s better to check with them, probably, there may be exceptions :)
