Do I need to show my academic transcript at the interview?

I graduated from the 1st year of the Faculty of Psychology of the KGU, and on the remaining 3 I put a bolt and expelled in order to deal exclusively with programming. When interviewing for a front-end developer position, should I show an academic certificate about this course, or just say that I have a secondary education?

Many employers are not even interested in a diploma, and a certificate of completion of one course is not interesting to anyone at all.

And why the hell would the customer even have your diploma if it was about psychological education? Are you a programmer or a psychologist?
