If you change hardware, the OS does not need to be reinstalled. Any (both Linux and Windows).

Who even came up with the idea of reinstalling wasps when upgrading hardware? Well, they updated the hardware, everything else is a matter of the system.
We pressed the button, waited, pressed again, sit down, drink coffee and watch how firewood is put up.
(Ubuntu) updated the hardware, it will do everything for you. If you want proprietary ones, install managers through the standard.
