Do I need to learn programming in English resources?

I have been studying the web for about 3 months. Studied html, css, less, git on Russian sources. Now I'm starting to learn javascript. So I asked myself, where, in fact, is it better to master the first programming language? In the future, after gaining some experience, I plan to work abroad / fulfill orders from western freelancers, so English is necessary anyway. On the one hand, the first time the learning process will be more difficult than if it were held in Russian, but on the other hand, switching completely to English will open up great opportunities, as well as a lot of choice in the future. I will be free to choose where to work and how to work. The question is, can I master the first programming language in English? Will I be able to fully comprehend, realize all the basics of js? At the moment I know almostall tenses of the English language. Vocabulary is something around 4300 words according to this resource testyourvocab.com

No.
It is better to get the base in your native language.
But knowledge of English for a programmer is highly desirable.

tl;dr Simple. Get started. Something. Make.
And I have another question: will I be able to bring a bag of groceries from the store today?
I'm afraid vocabulary is more important than grammatical knowledge. In the literature that I came across, most of the sentences are simple, straightforward text, with little slang, idioms, and not obvious turns. Therefore, my school knowledge of grammar was enough for me to read the first book in English.

The only language that any developer should know is English. The rest, what the soul lies.

You will have to study in English, because. Russian-language sources are simply not enough (but you can peep incomprehensible moments in Russian).
But you somehow overestimate the power of the language, it's just a standard that all IT specialists (including the army of Chinese and Indians) own
To a certain extent, technical skills still come first.
