Do I need to learn delphi 10.3 from scratch if I'm rummaging around in delphi 7?

Hello.
There is a slight impression that Delphi 7 is slightly outdated (just a little, of course). I'm thinking of moving to the latest Delphi 10.3. Do I need to re-learn Delphi, because as I understand it, a lot of things have changed in 17 years? Or is the embarcadero documentation enough if I speak delphi 7?

I've ported large projects straight from Delphi 7 to Seattle and only had problems with WideChar and AnsiChar.
In the rest, a huge number of chips and innovations appeared. Some speed up the development process, others increase the number of features of the language and OOP, and much, much more. New versions of the environment are the same Delphi as Delphi 7, you don't have to worry about that.

If within the wines of applications, then you do not need to learn anything. I recently translated a utility from delphi7, which I have been writing for 8 years and every year I just added changes to the algorithm. It all took 10 minutes.
