Do I need to install nodejs/npm modules every time I deploy an application?

Node.js

There is a php system. It also uses nodejs.
Every time the client installs the system, sudo npm install pm2 socket.io mysql is installed.
Installation is done on ubuntu, centos, debian.
Question: does it make sense to install them at the client every time, or is it enough to pack them into a common distribution kit of the system and just distribute it by launching it?
