Do I need to index pages with the "?p=" parameter?

In Yandex webmaster, I saw that in the page section in the search there are URLs of this type:
site.ru/shop/tovar-a50/?p=1624 with HTTP code 301 which leads, respectively, to the page site.ru/shop/tovar-a50/
Website on wordpress with woocommerce. Should such links be indexed or banned in robots.txt, for example, in this way "Disallow: *?p=" ?
And won't I do something bad if I write this in robots?

I wouldn't recommend banning. because this is the standard url for the engine. which is not CNC. you never know what then you want to do with categories and products. then with a large-scale reconstruction - you will not lose pages from the index. anyway, not all.
