Do I need to increase the shutter speed when using an IR filter?
Tell me, please, does the amount of light coming to the matrix decrease if you use an IR filter?
In other words - do I need to increase the shutter speed when using an IR filter?

For most cameras (if this is not a special version for astrophotography), you need to increase the shutter speed, since a filter is installed in front of the matrix that cuts off almost the entire IR spectrum. If this second filter is not removed, then for the daytime scene, the shutter speed should be measured in seconds.
In general, experiment, and you will understand everything yourself.
Rummaged through old experiments ... For Canon EOS 300D
Daytime scene
F / 10, ISO 100
Without filter, shutter speed 1/25 sec.
With IR filter, shutter speed 30 sec.
