Do I need to display the site name and description on each page in the header?

Wordpress or some themes allow them not to be displayed,
This is how it looks in the default theme code (This is not the main page!).

<div class="site-branding-text">
              <p class="site-title"><a href="http://selftrips.ru/" rel="home">Самостоятельные путешествия</a></p>

              <p class="site-description">Самостоятельные путешествия на основе личного опыта</p>
          </div><!-- .site-branding-text -->

  </div><!-- .wrap -->
</div><!-- .site-branding -->

</div><!-- .custom-header -->

The crux of the matter = I throw out the title and replace it with a map. Together with the title, the name of the site with its description is thrown out. How bad is that?

How will the user understand where he got to if the entry point is internal, and not the main page? Usually, it is the title and description that helps the user to identify the site without any problems.

This is not critical in my opinion, but IMHO it is better to change the design so that the site name or logo has a place, say, in the upper left corner of the screen, and the menu can be raised and arranged skrinshoter.ru/s/291017/Oqe6nXFn?a. Now it looks not structured enough.
It is worth working on titles and page descriptions, and clearing Meta Keywords and not using them anymore.
