Hello, the site is on WordPress, but it does not matter.
The question is, a long page with blocks, on it the menu, respectively, by anchors,
when the page moves, the anchors do not appear in the link.
Either I'm a senile person or I don't quite understand, a person asks for anchors to be displayed in the url when changing the block ..
Why? Does it make sense?

For the search engine, most likely, there is no difference, but it is more convenient for users - you can give a link to a specific block, especially since the page is long.

no nonsense. This results in a duplicate link. both on the page and on the anchor (which is removed from the link using php or htaccess)
