Do I need to delete extra pages?

Good afternoon!
There was a question about SEO, maybe someone had a similar case and can recommend.
There is a website with about 1 million pages, there are about 700 thousand in the index. Out of 1 million pages, about 700 thousand are pages with content, and 300 thousand are pages that combine content from these 700 thousand into one page for a certain group.
Those. let's say there is page_1 and page_2, page_3 and page_4, there is also page_1_2 and page_3_4 on which the content is duplicated from the corresponding pages.
95 percent of the traffic goes to these unifying pages (page_1_2 and page_3_4). The main traffic is Yandex, but Google is also coming. All traffic is organic.
Actually the question is:
Does it make sense to try to remove pages 1, 2, 3, 4 from the search, leaving only pages_1_2 and page_3_4 that combine the views in the search? Could deleting these pages give any weight to the remaining ones?

There is no need to remove anything from the search. Leave this idea if the traffic is stable. The only option where it might be necessary to reduce the number of pages in the index is if traffic starts to drop.

In search console google com and webmaster yandex you can see how search engines see them.
If the pages are indicated as duplicates, then as an option it will be possible to specify canonical addresses
