Do I need to create multiple users to access the database?

Hello. I have been writing a program for half a year now and now I have a question.
Do I need to create multiple database users?
In my program, each employee has his own login and password, they come in and drive in the work done. Several people at the same time.
Whether a question it is necessary for workers to create separately the user? Or in general for each worker separately? Or let everyone work under one?
I'm talking about these users.

Mmm why? Usually access rights are regulated by application, some ACL. You do not write at once in a DB from the form? Usually this is all done through a certain model / service layer in which this same ACL is implemented.
Threat Let's say your application has 1K users. For each individual acc in the muscle?

No need, users work with the program, and it works with your server.
