Do I need to concatenate and compress bootstrap.css with the rest of the styles?

Do I need to compress the bootstrap.css file along with other layout styles (and optionally) plugin styles, etc.? Is this a good practice and will there be any problems with layout? I am using gulp.

If it is not on a CDN, then you can glue it together. Personally, I don't mix vendor and custom styles.
