Before setting up a VPN tunnel, do you need to change one of the servers under the network. I configure the VPN tunnel through kerio control. If you know what nuances you need to consider when creating a VPN tunnel, please tell me, this is the first time I'm doing this.

If you need to access only some devices using VPN, then you can not change it. Just put a VPN client on the computers you need. And if you plan to organize communication between all devices in both offices without exception, then you will have to change addresses in one. Otherwise, you will not configure routing.
