Hello, I have on the site: a feedback form (Name, email, message) and an email newsletter subscription form (email), I heard that we need documents about consent to the processing of personal data and leave other crap on the site, plus send something to Roskomnadzor. BUT, if I have a website in English and is designed for an English-speaking audience, do I need all the documents?

Personal data is when you can uniquely identify a person. Actually, these are documents where unique numbers.
