I have been professionally designing websites for several years. When it came time for responsive sites, I studied Bootstrap and Uikit frameworks, as well as pure adaptive. And the idea arose to record a video course on the Bootstrap framework, when I studied this topic there was nothing really in Russian, but now there are a large number of articles on this topic in Runet, and there were doubts whether such a course is needed or everything is clear from the articles. How do you think?

Not needed. Video courses on html and css are generally complete nonsense. From text, you can at least copy code fragments, and they are viewed faster, and video is for secretaries. If you want to do something about learning, stir up an interactive resource, like codeacademy, but in Russian.

- nonsense, there is a Russian translation of the official bootstrap of both versions. Uikit, by analogy, does not take long to master, a matter of taste. The main thing to do is to read the manual carefully, it is exhaustive, and not scribble on the toaster for any reason.

Most learn by doing, so a site with interesting solutions would not hurt.
But not for bootstrap, for which there is a lot of this ***, since much has not been reported in it)
But for UIKIT 3, which has almost all the necessary components, but there are many gaps in the docks for their correct application.
