Do I need a special service to send out to 800 email addresses?

Good day.
It is necessary to organize a one-time mailing to approximately 800 email addresses.
If I just copy these addresses into Mail.app/Gmail web interface and hit submit, will Gmail block my account for spamming/blacklist my address?
And from here my question follows: for this volume, is it necessary to use a specialized mailing service? If yes, can you recommend it?

If you send messages to more than 500 recipients, or if a significant number of your emails become undeliverable, we will have to temporarily disable your account to help protect against spam and prevent abuse.
