Do I need a multi-DNS server?

There are now a lot of DNS services on the Internet designed to protect against phishing, viruses and other malware, I counted at least 8 special services, of course, they have different bases and filtering methods. While answering the question in the toaster, I sketched the source codes of the application, which is a DNS server and communicates immediately with any number of DNS servers at the same time, thus you can combine all DNS into 1 server, locally launched or 1 for the entire local network, for example. The question is, do people need it or does such an application make little sense?
