Do I have to pay for a free VPS server for 1 year from amazon?

Good day to all, please help with advice on what to do in such cases, I created it for the sake of launching programs, and here it is.
In general, this is the story.
In July of this year, 2015, I received a free VPS server for 1 year from amazon, not so long ago, for the sake of interest, I went to Billing, and I was somehow embarrassed that I had some charges for using something there. ..
Here are billing screenshots:

Well, judging by Bill, you owe them money)
It seems to me that this question should be addressed not to the toaster, but to support the Amazon

you most likely exceeded some limits due to the fact that you did not carefully read the terms of the freebies :) you will have to pay and be careful there everything is so confusing that you can wake up in the morning and be left without an apartment. I so carelessly got there for $ 300 ....

At Amazon, you can use some services for free for a year, but you need to carefully read the price tags for everything you connect. Or look for articles / videos that tell you step by step how to do something for free (within the "free tier") on Amazon. Here's what's included in the free tier: aws.amazon.com/en/free . For everything that goes beyond the Free tier, money is withdrawn.
Some Amazon AWS products (such as Glacier, for example) have a payment scheme that breaks the devil's leg. Given that many services are billed by the hour, it makes sense to check billing on Amazon regularly so that there is no surprise in a month.

Amazon does not have free VPS, it does not say anything about it on its website.
The first year to try Amazon gives free limits for certain services, very small, you have to pay for the excess.
