Do employees of IT companies that do not have an official Russian employment contract pay taxes in Russia?

I was offered a job in a Chinese financial company. The "employment contract" that I signed, in fact, is not such, of course, I am officially unemployed under Russian law.
The money will come to my card. Will the IRS be interested? Will the card be blocked at the bank in 115 FZ or according to some other? Will I have to prove source income?
The amount is less than 300k rubles a month, I heard that they are usually interested in more solid amounts, right?

Who knows... Write to the tax office, ask them :)
In any case, I do not recommend informal labor relations and salaries in an envelope. Open an individual entrepreneur (or a more suitable form of ownership) or simply register as self-employed (if it is possible for you). The tax there is minimal and everything is legal. There are a lot of articles on Habré about how and what to do.
Why do you even need potential problems with the law when you can do everything legally?
That's how taxes must be paid by law if you have income. Your CO. In the Russian Federation, of course, not everyone needs it, but that's another story.
