Do all major services delete data from servers?
Not long ago, the topic was discussed (in the spirit of "a little paronoia" =)))). I know that vk and facebook do not delete photos from the servers themselves (and all messages, posts, like that too). To avoid fragmentation. (Remote docs/messages will be physically stored for at least 10 years, at least for life) I'm curious, do all major services do this? For example, Mail.ru, Mamba, Clouds (to store their files) also do not delete anything at all (physically) xD?

"Fragmentation" is an excuse that was invented in VK
No fragmentation has anything to do with the real state of affairs now.
Are the data actually deleted, in reality, several people can know
