Do all laptops heat up the charging battery during operation?

I have a gaming laptop, when I play games the temperature is 65 degrees, and after touching the charging from the laptop, I found out that it also heats up a lot, will it always be like this when playing games? Is this normal or is there a way to lower the temperature?
