Do all androids have UNIX utilities pre-installed?

It became interesting whether all androids have UNIX utilities like cd, ls, pwd, etc. preinstalled. Googled and found busybox, which implements everything I need. But now there is another problem. Is it available on all devices? Or is it easier for your program to put on your own analogues?

At all, but everywhere in different ways you need to look in / system / bin or / system / xbin.
There you will see everything that you can use, the main ones such as cd , ls , cat , touch , pwd , mv , lsmod , ifconfig , cp are on 4 devices from those at hand, android from 4.22 to 5.1.1
What is missing adds busybox .
