Do all android phones recognize the QR code with the standard camera app?

The camera on iPhones recognizes QR codes by default, but for Android, as I understand it, it all depends on whether the manufacturer has added this feature to their devices or not.
Tell me, maybe there are statistics on how many manufacturers support this function. Do I understand correctly that, for example, if such a function is supported on one Samsung phone, then this is true for all other devices of this manufacturer?

Not all, every manufacturer is different. Xiaomi definitely has it.

Completely wrong. Manufacturers often change firmware from device to device, adjust something to new models, while scoring old ones.
It is impossible to be sure that the device's camera will have a function for reading QR codes.
In addition, I want to note that since June last year, for all androids not lower than Marshmallow, the Google Lens application is available, which has this function. It is also already built into the cameras of Google smartphones, Oneplus and devices in the Android One program, for example, Nokia devices.
