DNS setup in ISPmanager?

Not particularly selenium in setting up servers.
Explain in simple terms.
I have a server in China with ubuntu 18.04 installed on it.
On the server rolled ISPManager.
Created a domain (previously registered everything in the same China)
Is it enough to register DNS in the domain configuration in ISPManager to make the site available?
Or you need to pick in the control panel, although I don’t see any explicit configs on this topic there.

At the domain registrar, you need to register IN A record leading to your wonderful host. There should be something like configuring DNS zones in your personal account. You will not configure this in the ISP manager configuration.
