DNS server yandex error ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED?

Good afternoon.
I automatically create sites on subdomain names. I use Yandex dns server. I'm using the API to create a DNS record.
The situation is this. I create through the form a certain subdomain. I go to it and see:

Unable to access the site
Could not find the IP address of the test.test.ru server.
Search for art test ru on Google
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

At the same moment I open this domain name on the phone and everything works there.
How to fix this problem?
